few signs of use. We are offering this timeless classic from the private home of a Berlin architect. We had the TS 45 control unit extensively overhauled by a specialist: All electrolytic capacitors and germanium transistors were replaced, and the dial illumination was restored. All parts show a slight patina of age, but are fully functional. There are a few small imperfections and scratches in the paint. The lettering on the top of the unit is 99% intact. The paint on the speakers and the control unit housing shows some slight discoloration, which is difficult to depict photographically. After all, all parts are around 60 years old. The paint and lettering on all parts are original.

We are offering one of the rarest and most beautiful BRAUN systems here. This wall system, consisting of a TS 45 and three LS 450s, dates back to 1968. The accompanying tape recorder was lost in the 1970s, while the PS 402 record player is available for purchase separately. We will be showing this piece soon. The previous owner, a former Senate Building Director of the City of Berlin, guarded it like the apple of his eye – it was the showpiece in the living room, built into an extensive Regal 606 system in light gray. Now, after an extensive overhaul, the system once again plays with astonishingly good sound. A standout piece in any BRAUN collection. BRAUN played a pioneering role in the development of hi-fi equipment in Germany and always strived for the highest standards in design and function.
