We acquired this almost 60 -year -old turntable from Dieter Rams from a first buyer in Berlin. After overhaul in the specialist company with a new belt and new sapphire needle, the device plays again flawlessly. On the outside of the housing, the paint carries some signs of wear.

In 1967, Dieter Rams designed the turntable PS 420 for use with the famous TS 45 wall system. It was kept in white in color and was installed on the wall under the wall using the 606 shelf system. Our device carries some signs of wear. However, it comes with a new drive belt and a new replacement sapphire needle. All speeds work perfectly. With the help of an adapter from DIN on Cinch, the PS 402 could also be operated with other analog stereo systems. The device is designed to be cool and reduced to the essentials in the technical design of this time by Dieter Rams.
